Group Reporting Manager - ACA/ACCA

Group Reporting Manager | Sale (hybrid) | �60,000 - �70,000 + bonus | PE backed
Axon Moore are working with a highly acquisitive retail business who are searching for a Group Reporting Manager to join their team. Private equity backed, current turnover is �300m and their plan is to dominate the worldwide market in 3-5 years.
You play a key role in coordinating all areas of management and statutory reporting, controls, processes and systems as well as managing some key Group financial planning tasks.
You will also be involved in all external Group reporting to investors and banking partners in addition to managing the audits related to those reports.
Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly Group consolidation, working closely with regional finance teams and under direction of Group Financial Controller
• Production of the monthly management accounts, ensuring timing, accurate and controlled reporting
• Preparation of the annual budget�
• Preparation and presentation of adhoc reports and analysis for stakeholders & senior management
• Streamline and enhance financial reporting processes to increase efficiency and improve accuracy
• Production of Group consolidated statutory accounts and supporting documentation for the notes to the accounts, liaising with with regional finance teams as required
• Coordination of intercompany reconciliations across the group
• Production of the�statutory accounts and supporting documentation for the notes to the accounts
• Develop and maintains strong relationships within the business to gain valuable insights on financial matters that affect the business performance

Person specification:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified ideally with a practice or audit background�
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UK GAAP preferred
• Experience of working in an international business with multiple currencies and intercompany fund flows
