Working for a well-known and rapidly growing retailer, the Group Product Manager will lead the product strategy on their new eCommerce app which will be launching next year and used by millions of customers across the UK and Europe.The Group Product Manager will be responsible for:Leading the product strategy for the app experienceManaging and growing a small team of high performing Product ManagersHands on day to day management of a cross functional team of engineers, a product designer and an analystDriving the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launchLooking at ways to interlink the in-store and online experience via the appCollaborating with stakeholders across the business to gather and prioritise product requirementsConducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunitiesFostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricityThe Group Product Manager will have:Experience as a Senior Product Manager, Product Lead or Head of Product working on mobile appsCome from retail / eCommerce companiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGreat analytical skills and data driven mindsetIdeally previously line managed beforeThis is a great opportunity for a talented Group Product Manager to join well-established and rapidly growing (doubled in last 5 years) retail giant to help launch and grow their innovative new mobile app. You’ll hire and grow a team of talented product people.Group Product Manager90k + bonus + benefitsManchester / Hybrid
