You must be comfortable with a high level of autonomy and responsibility and capable in multiple marketing-related disciplines.The role holder will be an excellent communicator; a creative force of nature; and possess strong analytical skills in order to excel across brand and performance marketing.This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the Group Head of Marketing and Digital to display your strengths and develop new strengths. Three+ years in a marketing/digital marketing position with responsibility for a specific plan or strategy (B2B preferrable but not essential)
Experience producing and deriving insight from performance reports
Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to write for different purposes
Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite products to an intermediate level
Microsoft Office literate
Highly organised
A UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
Work with the Group Head of Marketing and Digital to build objective-driven marketing strategies for multiple businesses
Hold responsibility for specific workstreams and plans to deliver the tactics within these marketing strategies
Constantly measure outputs against objectives to deliver brand and commercial results
Liaise with marketing agencies according to marketing plans and maximise their value to the Group
Carry out a wide range of day-to-day marketing activity, including, but not limited to: social media planning, management and posting; copywriting; basic levels of design; brand consistency management; digital content creation (blogs/articles); reporting and analysis; website uploads and basic maintenance; stakeholder management This role will require an exceptional candidate who is ambitious, driven and talented.
