Group Marketing Manager

Webb Hotel Group are recruiting for a Group Marketing Manager to join our Head Office team. The role will head up our Group Marketing Team which provides marketing support across the Company, made of Moor Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield, The George Hotel in Lichfield, The Cathedral Hotel in Lichfield, Paddy and Scott's in Lichfield and The Gables Hotel near Bristol.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a senior marketing role preferably within the hospitality industry, an academic background in marketing, a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and data and knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
The role is site based at Moor Hall Hotel & Spa in Sutton Coldfield with regular travel to other sites when required.
This is a full time role working predominantly Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend.
