Developing the marketing strategy and plans for the individual Group businesses Defining and managing all marketing spend across all Group businesses Working closely with the Sales Directors to develop new growth opportunities Providing guidance and support to the wider marketing team implementing the marketing plans Driving greater levels of digital capability amongst the team Providing detailed analysis of the ongoing impact and performance of the marketing functionWhat do you need as Group Marketing Manager? Experience of a senior marketing role within a manufacturing/engineering environment CIM Diploma or equivalent and motivated by continuing professional development Demonstrable experience of managing people and workflow Ability to lead a team and willing to deliver tactical marketing plans Experience of working closely with sales and commercial teams Ideally worked in a business with multiple divisions and brandsWhat’s on offer?
