We are seeking a Group Marine Planning Assistant to join our team at the Port of Liverpool and help us keep the world moving!
Your Role
You will liaise between vessels, agents, tugs, Pilots, Port Control Operators and Business Unit Managers to administer vessel bookings for Ports within the Group using various IT platforms. You will provide industry leading customer service through the administration of vessel movement planning and bookings for all Ports across the Group.
Regularly reviewing the planning system, you will recommend improvements and support the Group Planning Manager in resolving planning conflicts and challenges, providing excellent customer service at all times.
