The Role:

As the Group Logistics Manager, your responsibilities will involve:

• Efficient scheduling of the group's fleet of commercial vehicles in line with customer and operational needs


• Ensuring vehicle and driver compliance against the Operator licence requirements


• Managing the transport team across various depots, which may involve remote working


• Maintaining the training matrix in line with the company's policies and procedures


• Developing and maintaining the groups FORS accreditation


• Actively promoting health and safety within the team

The Candidate:

The ideal Group Logistics Manager candidate will have:

• Experience in transport compliance and managing a fleet of vehicles


• ADR license and CPC certificate


• Proficiency in using transport systems and Microsoft Office – Word, Excel & Outlook


• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm in demanding situations

The Package:
