Group IT Programme Manager, £90,000 + 10% bonus
Hybrid (1 days) – London
I am working with global, market leading organisation that spans across multiple countries/regions and employees circa 18,000 employees (100,000 users). This organisation has experienced tremendous growth since being acquired and are now building out and embedding a series of transformational initiatives that will enable them to drive better consistency and standardisation across the group, as well as provide more rigor around their M&A IT strategy.
As the Group IT Programme Manager (which is forming part of the senior leadership team), you will be responsible for:
Owning and managing the delivery of Group’s IT project portfolio, ensuring oversight and governance of all IT projects.
Design and implement a cohesive and efficient project management framework and controls for all IT projects.
Working closely with Group and Regional stakeholders you will develop, own, and manage the Group’s IT
M&A
integration framework whilst monitoring and reporting on all
M&A
IT related projects.
Establish a virtual ‘light touch’ PMO / centre of excellence to provide project resources and capabilities to all IT teams.
Recruiting, managing, and supporting project managers and other PMO roles as required.
Delivering complex IT projects / programmes across various technologies and systems.
Providing best practice advice and thought leadership relating to IT programme/project management.
