Great opportunity for a Group HR Manager
Join this expanding global hotel company based in London. This is a brand new position reporting directly into the Group HR Director. The client has hotels in major European cities, the US, and Asia, with approximately 1200 employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying system efficiencies and reviewing HR processes
Working with the HRIS provider to ensure system readiness for business growth
Assisting the Group HR Director on complex employee relation cases
Chairing disciplinary and grievance hearings
Collaborating with General Managers on HR activities
Leading Hotel Managers and Head of Departments to enhance employee engagement
Contributing to global culture and people development initiatives
This hands-on position will initially focus on system improvements for the first 6 months. The successful candidate should have a fun and positive attitude, a passion for enhancing the employee experience, and strong HR system knowledge. Hotel industry experience is a must.
Desired Skills: Operational HR Business Partner or generalist HR Manager transitioning to a strategic/global role. Excellent opportunities for career growth.
