Job Title: Group HR Manager
Salary: �50,000-�55,000
Location: Site based in Norwich, Norfolk with weekly travel to other UK sites
Our award-winning client is looking for a pragmatic, patient, and engaging Group HR Manager to head up their HR department. Working across all aspects of HR (operational and strategic) you will work collaboration with senior stakeholders to deliver on the people plan.
The business is passionate about employee engagement, so this is an exciting role for a senior HR professional looking to join a business where they can coach, upskill, and implement initiatives for the greater good.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
*Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
*Manage escalated or complex ER casework.
*Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
*Oversee compensation and reward programs, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs.
*Utilise HR metrics and analytics to assess trends and inform decision-making.
*Support organisational change initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
*Sense check payroll monthly.
Skills & Requirements:
*HR experience in a multi-site business.
*Good managerial skills with current line management experience.
*Have a personal touch and a strong moral compass.
*Flexible and adaptable approach to tasks
*CIPD would be beneficial but not essential.
*Have a valid UK Driving License and be happy with weekly travel to other company locations.
