Thomas Thor is working in partnership with Rolls-Royce SMR to recruit a Group Head of SMR Build, Construction, Installation & Assembly who will be accountable for delivering all the construction, capability, connectivity and build processes required for the SMR unit build for installation & assembly.

The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the development and deployment of world class manufacturing processes, methods, technologies and systems within the business ensuring that they fully support the SMR designs, safety and security cases and overall business case and delivery timelines.
You will be accountable for the leadership, strategy and integration of all construction, installation and assembly activities within the RRSMR unit build, including alignment to the delivery model of installation & assembly.
Location: flexible with hybrid working arrangements in place (offices in Manchester, Warrington, Derby).
