Group FP&A Senior Manager

My client is a leading financial services company, who is looking to hire a Group FP&A Senior Manager. This role sits in the Group Finance, where you will provide insight and analysis to drive decisions, develop and execute the organisations strategy and decisions.DescriptionThe role responsibilities include:• Ownership for developing and maintaining the Group financial models that are used for forecasting. Apply advanced excel financial modelling skills and perform scenario analysis and drive development of dashboards to bring numbers to life.• Business valuation using relevant Corporate Finance methodology.• Develop strategic business plans, drawing meaningful conclusions from varied inputs and articulate story to a number of different stakeholders.• Develop executive presentations, Board packs and other internal and external reporting and work closely with investor relations on external messaging.• Partner with the business division teams to understand and analyse business performance, and identifying risks and opportunities.• Work on Corporate Development / M&A / Strategy related projects.Skills/Experience Required:• Experience in the Group FP&A or Corporate Finance (M&A, Research, Turnaround or Financial modelling teams) and can implement Financial Modelling principles.• Financial Services Industry experience preferable• A background from within an audit firms would be advantageous.• Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.• Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to take decisions.• Excellent written English and verbal communication skills, report writing and presentation skills.If you feel you meet the essential criteria of this role outlined above.
