Group Financial Controller

Marks Sattin are delighted to be working with a Leeds based organisation which is rapidly expanding and requires a Group Financial Controller.Responsibilities will include:Providing financial leadership across the group, guiding the financial agendaSupporting the FD to maintain a robust financial control framework and taking ownership of accounting and financial policiesBe part of the senior leadership team, shaping the development and growth of the businessMaintaining appropriate financial accounting provisionsManaging the group treasury function including cash flow forecastingManagement of and developing the future banking and funding strategy of the businessManaging the external audit processManaging tax for the group, with particular emphasis to R&D on internally developed IT systems and foreign subsidiary transfer pricingDriving a continuous improvement environmentDelivery of a significant amount of project work to drive improvements across financeThis opportunity is ideally suited to a Big 4 trained Financial Controller with extensive statutory accounts experience.
