This interim position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in elevating the financial function of the organization and contribute to its strategic growth.Key Responsibilities: As the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:Strengthening and optimizing financial controls and processes.Implementing best practices to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.Statutory Reporting and Audits:Overseeing the timely and accurate preparation of statutory financial statements.Collaborating with external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.Process
Professionalization: Driving process improvements and efficiency gains within the finance function post-acquisition.Contributing to the overall
professionalization
