Group Financial Controller Rotherham Salary - up to 60kHours - Monday to FridayGroup Financial Controller / Finance ControllerThe Recruitment Group is working with a business that provides various business outsourcing services, including accounting services, document management, payment processing, and IT outsourcing services into a variety of industries covering financial services, public sector, telecommunications, and non-profit organizations.The Group Financial Controller is an essential part of our client's finance team, taking responsibility and ownership for the implementation of appropriate policies, procedures, and processes to ensure an effective control environment; providing key strategic information to the leadership to inform decision-making and drive business performance.Main duties and responsibilities for the Group Financial ControllerExperience in preparing consolidated accounts.Prepare balance sheet reconciliations.Produce monthly board reports to deadlines.Prepare cash flow reports.Assist in the transfer of all group companies to one accounting platform.Preparation of statutory accounts.Lead audit relationship.Managing staff - to be determined later but reporting to the CFO initally.Experience/knowledge requirements for the Group Financial ControllerQualified AccountantExperienced with detailed reporting proceduresTeam player with good communication skillsExperience in using SAGE preferable.Use of excel and Word as standard.If you are interested in finding out more please contact Emma Welsh
