Group Financial Controller

The Role of Group Financial Controller

Reporting to the part time Finance Director, your duties will include but not limited to:�

• Day to day management of the finance function of 10


• Financial lead on leadership team meetings


• Budgeting and forecasting


• Monthly management accounts including the month end close process:

o�� Closing the sub-ledgers

o�� Flash reporting

o�� Accruals and prepayments

o�� Month end balance sheet reconciliations

o�� Fixed assets

• Group cash forecasting and management, including group financing arrangements


• Completion and submission of the quarterly VAT returns and other statutory compliance


• Preparing and submitting the annual statutory account and associated tax filings


• Leading the roll out of the new ERP system

The Candidate for Group Financial Controller

• Qualified Accountant from big 4 background or similar


• Experience in a SAAS Business


• Experience of a PE backed business.


• Self-motivation and being a team player are essential


• Good man manager


• Experience of ERP system implementation


• You may be a controller in a c �10 million turnover business or a Financial Accountant in a larger one.
