Amongst various other positions within finance, a technically strong Group Financial Accountant is required. This is an ideal move for a 1st time mover from Accountancy Practice, or for an experienced ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with industry experience who is seeking a technical and value adding position.Key Benefits/ Rewards on Offer:• Full time role – working hours either 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm with 1 hour lunch• 30 days annual leave entitlement increasing with length of service• Free on site parking• Company pension• Employee discountsAs Group Financial Accountant, you will report to a high calibre Finance Director who will act as a mentor to facilitate career development opportunities. You will be responsible for:• Preparation of consolidated management accounts, budgets and forecasts for Group and all associated subsidiaries• Preparation of statutory accounts for all companies• Cash flow reporting• Leading the year end audit, liaising with external bodies including auditors• Continual review and maintenance of systems and processes, ensuring robust controls• Supporting senior management with potential acquisitions and re-structuresExperience & Qualifications Required to Apply:To be considered, you will be a technically strong ACA or ACCA qualified accountant with the ability to drive and challenge through change, demonstrating examples of implementing process improvements.
