Group Financial AccountantLocation: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)Salary: circa £60k depending on experienceWe are delighted to be working with a professional services firm that is looking for a bright and ambitious Group Financial Accountant to join friendly finance team at the Milton Keynes office.As a member of the Group Finance team, your role will involve supporting a broad range of financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, tax, analysis, and treasury tasks. These duties are vital to ensuring that the finance function of this business can supply accurate and timely financial data that senior management requires.Working with the Group Finance Manager, you will help them deliver group-wide projects, including process improvement and implementing new systems and processes. You will be part of a team that facilitates planning, implementation, training, and support of new systems and projects. You may be helping to produce documentation, data flows, reports, and integrated workflows underpinned by your commercial financial skills and experience.Candidate profileACA/ACCA qualified (finalist can be considered)Strong technical and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong Excel skillsAbility to manage and work effectively being part of internal (finance) and cross-functional/group/external teamsDemonstrable commercial awarenessPractice background is highly desirable
