Group Finance Manager

CY Executive are working with an established & progressive company to secure the skills of a confident and qualified Group Finance Manager to join their team.

Working closely with the Finance Director, the new Group Finance Manager will play a key role in leading an energetic team and helping to drive exciting future growth plans.

Role will involve:

• Ensure the finance function and multi-skilled team and working efficiently and effectively and provide support where needed.


• Lead the group management accounting function, preparation through to review and providing an operationally facing business partnering service.


• Draft P&L preparation and summery reports.


• Stock reconciliation and reporting.


• Take an active lead in Group Audit Requirements


• Assist with budget preparation & cash flow forecast


• Monitor and improve financial systems and processes as required.


• Supporting the Finance Director and Senior Stakeholders with the implementation of strategic projects and growth plans.

This is a progressive and wide-ranging role for an ambitious individual.

Fully qualified or finalist ACA/CIMA/ACCA required with the relevant experience.

Manufacturing and Group Accounting experience highly desirable along with a positive, proactive attitude.

Role is based near Kidderminster and will offer Hybrid working after a settling in period.
