Group Finance Manager, West London (Hybrid working)
�55- �60kpa plus benefits including a 10% bonus
Our client, a nationwide leader with new ventures evident across the globe are looking for a Group Finance Manager on a permanent basis. The Finance team sits at the heart of the business working with business stakeholders to deliver the annual plans, mitigate risk and exploit opportunities. Using a balance of commercial acumen, analytics and management accounting the team work to assess new business opportunities, analyse key decisions, report on performance to the business stakeholders and complete the regular month end reporting and forecasting.
Key Duties:-
* Ownership of Month End process, resulting in production of 'Flash' on working day 5.
* Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations.
* Lead audit for management accounts.
* Key involvement in preparation of board pack slides and commentary.
* Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets.
* Management and support of 3 staff (Assistant Management/Management Accountants).
* Business partnering with internal stakeholders.
* Collaboration with FPA Manger for ah-hoc analysis.
* Oversee Payroll and VAT Returns.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with an understanding of financial reporting, full P&L and balance sheet preparation. The business enjoys a healthy work life balance and rewards longevity in the business.
