As the Group Finance Director, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the financial strategy and performance of the organisation. Leading a talented finance team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting theambitious growth plans, ensuring financial integrity, and maximising profitability across the group. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives, driving profitability, and shareholder value. Provide strategic financial guidance and insights to the executive team and board of directors. Oversee all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Lead financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resource allocation. Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, capital raising, and risk management strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified accountant Proven track record of success in a senior finance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and financial modeling. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
