Group Commercial Director

The Client:

Our client is a market leading branded consumer durables business with headquarters in the North of England. They are currently looking to appoint a General Manager to lead their UK business. Focus for growth will be to develop a true omnichannel approach with priority markets in their digital channels.
The Role:
Salary: £160,000 - £180,000 + Bonus + Benefits
The role will take full P&L responsibility for the UK business leading the strategy plan and delivery across all channels. Main strategic responsibilities;
Drive UK & Multi channel strategy plan across category areas
Inspire & motivate commercial, Category, and trading teams to deliver a true omnichannel experience for the consumer
Work closely with Global Marketing and NPD teams to deliver insight to shape future direction in key markets
The Person:
You will be an experienced Commercial Director or General Manager within a branded Consumer brand. Experience leading category and/or digital channels will be beneficial. Ideally candidates will have demonstrated experience working for market leading brands in their category. Open on category experience for anyone that has delivered a true omnichannel approach to the consumer in the UK.
