About Our Client This is a fast paced marketing agency with a wide reach across the UK based in central London.
Job DescriptionHelp manage the external audit relationship efficiently, working closely with external auditors and internal financial controllers to ensure that all external assurance work is well planned and meets expectations on both sides in terms of coverage, timeliness and quality Conduct two or three targeted-scope reviews of revenue and cost cut-off procedures to confirm the accuracy of reported year-end results in business units operating in complex contractual and client project environments.
The Successful Applicant A successful Group Accountant should have:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified MUST have media or marketing agency experience MUST be immediately available MUST have audit experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent numerical proficiency and financial acumenProficiency in accounting softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving What's on OfferCompetitive salary of around £450-£500 per day depending on experience A temporary role with potential for further opportunities4 month contract A collaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional growth within the media industryCentral location with easy access to public transport
