Group Accountant / Financial Controller

Our client is a group of property related businessess involved in developing and letting mainly commercial property coupled with a stream of residential conversion projects.� Due to continued expansion they are now looking to recruit a Group Accountant / Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of accounting for the group

The successful applicant will be sufficiently experienced in accounts to cope with all financial matters prior to the accounts being sent to the external�accountants but full qualification is not a necessity. This is a very hands on role as the business only employs a lean time of around 15 staff across the business and the�role requires oversight of all financial and accounting matters working directly with the Managing Director.

The role is office based and is not expected to stretch beyond normal working hours.
