Trade Team Recruitment are looking for Grounds Maintenance operatives in Bristol�

Please note: These are permanent positions. A compnay van and fuel card WILL be provided.�

About the role

• Working for a property maintenance company in Bristol you will�tasked with completing grounds maintenance assignments across various locations in Bristol including�residential neighbourhoods, apartment complexes, and commercial properties


• Undertake a diverse array of grounds maintenance tasks, encompassing landscaping, grass cutting, hard landscaping, hedge trimming, and the general upkeep of outdoor spaces


• Use a variety of tools and equipment on grounds maintenance tasks with precision


• Adhere to drawings and specifications to plan and execute maintenance projects effectively


• �Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations during maintenance operations


• Respond promptly to any maintenance or repair requirements for existing outdoor structures


• �30,000 -��34,000 per annum

About you

• 
  

  Demonstrable experience as a grounds maintenance operative or in a related capacity

  
  


• 
  

  Versatility in multiple grounds maintenance duties, with the ability to handle various maintenance tasks proficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to travel to different job sites as necessitated by the role.

  
  


• 
  

  Possession of a valid UK driver's license
