Alecto Recruitment is working on behalf of our client who are an established, successful and reputable construction and house builder.

Due to their continued growth, they are looking to hire a grounds maintenance operative working on a single Estate along with an investment portfolio of commercial and residential properties

The Role:

• Working across a private estate along with covering properties within the companies portfolio, you will play an integral role in keeping the sites clean, tidy and presentable.
• The role is mainly working outdoors and will involve Jet washing, window cleaning, cleaning of roofs, sills, leaf clearing and blowing
• There will be some site maintenance works to include painting or small level up-keep works

Requirements:

• We are seeking a hard working individual with a can-do attitude.
• We require strong experience / skills with outdoor cleaning / site cleaning skills.
• Experienced and not adverse to working outdoors as 95% of the position will be outdoor cleaning
• You will be professional and punctual
• Any window cleaning experience is an advantage
• Must be ok with working at heights
• You will need to be physically strong and fit

Salary:

• �28,000 - �30,000
• Bonuses
• 08:00 - 17:00
