Grounds Maintenance Manager

Our client, an established and expanding Property Management Group based in Aberdeen, are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Manager to join them due to continued growth. As the Grounds Maintenance Manager, you will be managing a large portfolio of grounds-only developments across the region and this role will be mostly site based with office visits.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has prior experience in a similar maintenance manager role managing ground developments, such as flats and houses. This opportunity also offers an attractive package and career progression.

Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Overview

• Building and maintaining relationships with both customers and contractors
• Responsible for creating and distributing regular customer communications
• Conduct regular owners' meetings, in both individual and group settings
• Plan, attend and manage evening AGM's for portfolio sites
• Responsible for instructing and monitoring both reactive and proactive repairs
• Manage and co-ordinate tender exercises for grounds maintenance contracts
• Conduct regular property visits
• Start date: ASAP - happy to wait for notice periods

Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of Aberdeen
• Full UK drivers' licence
• Must have previous experience in a similar role
• Good customer service experience
• Ability to work well within a team

Grounds Maintenance Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: �23,000 - �25,000 + Car Allowance
