This spring, are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to exercise your hospitality skills and enjoy a great work/life balance with evenings and weekends off?
BlueArrow are searching for chefs of all levels, with flare who can support a major client. As a grill chef, you will support a small outlet that specialises in American cuisine, with free parking and great transport links.
This would suit someone with experience working in customer focused environment at pace. You should possess good presentation, punctuality & good organisational skills for this role.
Shift pattern is Monday to Friday with hours between 10am to 6pm. Occasional weekends maybe required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the production of food to the highest quality and service standards
* To ensure the prompt service of meals at required times
* To adhere to standard recipes and production planning in line with client numbers
* To ensure all kitchen areas are always left clean and tidy
* Multitask in a fast-paced environment
* To effectively communicate with all the team on a regular basis
* Stock control & replenishment, Ensuring sufficient supplies throughout service periods
* To maintain a happy and helpful manner and attitude throughout your working hours
* Complete daily due diligence
