About the jobWe are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Saxilby. You'll be supporting the Marketing Manager with the development of marketing campaigns across a multi-channel marketing strategy. As well as graphic design, we also require overall assistance with marketing campaigns.What will you be responsible for:Fully capable of developing exciting ideas and creating impressive design work using industry-standard softwareAs part of the marketing team, this role will also be responsible for the creation and execution of publishing digital content on various media channelsHigh level graphic design experience, including InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorVideography and photography experience - Provide end-to-end management of visual projectsPhoto and video shoot management / shot styling to include still photography, video creation for new products, training, and website - also on on-site case studiesCreate new ideas that are relevant for our customers to help drive the company forward as the leader in the marketProduce monthly reporting on digital communicationsWorking closely with the Marketing Manager to develop new campaign ideas with the delivery of multi-channel marketingRequirementsBusiness school degree or equivalent in MarketingMarketing & Design Experience (minimum 2 years)Video editing experience (minimum 2 years)Experience in B2B marketing (desired)Strong experience with WordPress / WooCommerce / Microsoft Office / Adobe Suite E including PhotoShop, InDesign & Illustrator and CanvaProven experience in digital marketing including social, e-marketing and designA passion for marketing with the confidence to bring ideas to the tableProactive approach and a strong willingness to learn with an eye for detailAble to prioritise and effectively manage multiple projects at the same timeHave an interest in the food industryEnjoy collaborative working and a strong team spirit but can work unsupervisedExperience with Hootsuite and MailChimp is an advantageMust hold a UK Driving LicenseHours: Mon - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm (hybrid options available)Salary of £30k - £35k (negotiable depending on experience)Competitive salary and bonus structureA fun and inclusive work environmentCompany pensionHalf day on birthday after a yearOn-site ParkingFree lunch FridaysBakery on site, freebies when they have overdone orders / discountedAuto enrolment PensionDesired Skills and Experiencemarketing assistant
