As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be a creative team player sitting within our lovely Marketing team. Your mission will be to help us create on-brand visuals and creative campaign assets across various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, print materials, and digital advertisements. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements, ensuring that our designs not only capture attention but also reinforce our brand identity. Your work will contribute significantly to the overall success of the Marketing team.
This role is ideal for a Graphic Design graduate or junior Graphic Designer, to join a small core team and take ownership of projects. We work primarily remotely, with office days and meet ups to enhance relationships and collaborate. So, you will need to be able to work independently and proactively when remote, with excellent communication skills a priority.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce digital assets like email templates, social media graphics, website banners, sales collateral, etc. ensuring they align with brand guidelines
Create print-ready artwork for various purposes, including events, paid media features, brochures, etc
Work closely with the Marketing, Accounts and Project teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual communication
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and design elements across all materials, maintaining the integrity of our brand identity
Review and revise designs based on feedback and performance metrics
Manage multiple design projects concurrently, adjusting priorities as required
Requirements:
Degree or similar level of hands-on experience, in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of design principles
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant design tools
Strong layout and typography skills are essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package
