Position: Creative Graphic Designer

Location: Northampton

Salary: �30,000 - �35,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise your creative flair to enhance client pitches, presentations, and RFP documents within tight deadlines.


• Conduct thorough research on client brands to develop mood boards based on 3D visuals.


• Generate innovative brand activation and user experience concepts for 3D exhibition and event spaces.


• Design internal brand communications, including newsletters, to engage the team and stakeholders.


• Develop compelling social media content to strengthen the online presence of our client.


• Occasionally contribute to event brand creation that aligns with client objectives and audience preferences.


• Produce client artwork that exceeds expectations and aligns seamlessly with their brand identity.

Requirements:

• Ideally 3 years of commercial design experience, preferably within an agency environment.


• Adobe Creative Suite


• Excellent understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into impactful design solutions.


• A keen eye for detail and a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends.


• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
