***£80-£90 per day
***Supporting children aged 3-11 on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.
***A ‘Good’ primary school.

Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field.
Genuine passion for the education of young pupils and a dedication to their learning and wellbeing.
Commitment to upholding safeguarding processes to protect the safety and security of children.
Previous experience of working in a school setting is beneficial, but not essential.
Natural ability to form strong bonds with children is mandatory.
The Role
In your role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils in a 1-2-1 and small group basis to improve the attainment of under-achieving KS1 and KS2 students. It will be your responsibility to assist in the monitoring and assessment of pupil progress to ensure their continuous growth and development and to identify any additional learning needs.  You will partake in activities with the wider school community with enthusiasm and zest to create a positive learning environment and form strong relationships with both pupils and staff.
