Graduate Teaching Assistant
Graduates with a 2:2 or above Hons degree required
Aspiring teachers/educational psychologists/ SEN Teachers
1:1 & Small Group work
Secondary school – rated 'Good' by Ofsted
Banbury
Full-time roles – Monday - Friday
£450 - £490 per week, term time only
The successful graduate must:
Be enthusiastic, confident and approachable
Have strong subject knowledge within English Maths and Science (GCSE A* - C)
Be able to work effectively as party of a large team
Have strong communication and behaviour skills
Be able to inspire and motivate children in the classroom
Have high expectations and be committed to seeing all children reach their full potential
Be able to deliver well structured lessons for small groups/1:1 sessions
Be flexible and self-motivated
In this role, you will focus on managing students during class-based activities. Additionally, you will be required to work with small groups both inside and outside the classroom and lead 1:1 sessions.
