Are you a graduate who aspires to share your knowledge and promote students to strive to achieve excellence?Step into Teaching is a Pre Teacher Training Programwho have supported schools since 2019 with their education needs.Step Into Teaching places graduates who arepassionate about supporting studentswithin Teaching, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Speech and Language Therapy, within a school for a full academic year allowing our graduates to gain experience within the education world before embarking on further training.The Successful Graduate Must:
Hold/be predicteda Degree at 2:2 or above
Be passionate about supporting children
Be open minded to the challenges of day to day life in a school
Be willing to learn and develop
Be happy supporting SEN students
Work alongside the class teacher to support children who need support in the classroom
The Opportunity:
£450-£490 per week - term time only
Secondary school based in Liverpool
Role will start September for the academic year 24/25 - interviews in the summer term
