Graduate Surveyor

Seeking a motivated Graduate Surveyor - You will assist in the delivery of various projects requiring access to private land. Working alongside the senior team leader, you will play a crucial role in project execution and client satisfaction. This role is predominitely work from home with the occasional site visit to the Isle of White as and when required. All expenses and expenditure will be covered by the business.

Key Duties:

• Undertake site visits to assess route proposals and meet with landowners independently, following required training.


• Prepare plans using GIS systems and HMLR data, collaborating with in-house teams to produce legal and route plans.


• Attend meetings with internal and external clients alongside a senior team member.


• Complete photographic site schedules of condition for client reporting purposes.


• Proficient in using Microsoft packages.


• Demonstrate flexibility to undertake additional tasks as needed by the company.


• Willingness to undergo role-specific training to progress towards senior surveyor level.


• Possess a full UK driving license for flexibility in work type, timing, and location.

Qualifications & Desirable Experience:

• Ideally a graduate working towards RICS qualification with knowledge of farming and commercial communities.


• Insight or experience in the UK energy industry would be advantageous.


• Experience in conducting HMLR searches and working with GIS-based mapping systems.
