Graduate Surveyor, General Practice

TML are partnered with a leading, London based property consultancy that specialises across the general practice field including valuation, L&T, business rates but also in town planning. Our long-standing client is again, searching for the brightest graduates that the UK has to offer. Joining the General Practice team of the business, our client has over 50 staff members and is looking to grow this significantly over the next few years. Our client therefore requires ambitious, graduates who want to develop quickly in their quest to become a chartered surveyor. Based out of prime London offices, you will work closely with the Directors of the business. You will work on varying caseloads from valuation, to landlord and tenant work, rating, CPO and development appraisals giving you some excellent exposure to the fundamentals of property. This will put you in a brilliant position to pass your APC where my client holds a incredibly strong pass rate. What do you need to be successful?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills RICS Accredited Degree Strong organisational and time management skills Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Desire to work towards MRICS status
