Role:This rotational graduate programme provides you an accelerated progression path, giving you the tools and experience to progress and succeed. Over the course of the scheme you will rotate through a variety of business groups including Cost & Commercial, Development Management and Civil Engineering to name a few. You will gain a well-rounded view of the business and have the freedom to explore where your strengths lie. This is a permanent position- at the end of the rotations you will choose which group you would like to continue your career in!
