Your roleAllstar Cards are the UKs largest fuel card network. We are shaping the future of Fuel and Electric Vehicle Charging payments by helping our customers make paying for Fuel and EV Charging easier, cheaper and faster.Allstar is part of the global Corpay Group.We are currently seeking a focused and results-driven Graduate to join our sales team as a Graduate Sales Executive where you will be responsible for following up sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing deals over the phone.What you'll be doingConduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.Close sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance.Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market. What we’re looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.Self-motivated and target-drivenAbility to use CRM software and other sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organisational and time management skills.High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ways of working: This is a full-time, permanent role based in our state of the art Knaresborough office. We work Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and you'll even have the option to work from home 2 days per week following training.
