The Role:



As a Subscription Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our clients expanding team at the UK's largest software reseller by driving annual subscription renewals to existing customers and upselling additional services. This is a role that offers excitement, challenge, and great rewards through commission.



Responsibilities:




  • Engaging with existing clients to renew annual subscriptions.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client packages with add-on services and features.

  • Collaborating with our dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Using your exceptional communication skills to persuade and negotiate effectively.

  • Proactively solving problems and demonstrating initiative to overcome challenges.

  • Ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations.

  • Providing outstanding customer service to build and nurture client relationships.

What We're Looking For:




  • Academic Qualifications - Ideally, candidates will have A levels or a degree.

  • Experience - Ideally, you will have possessed some form of sales experience.

  • Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

  • Sales Drive - You should be motivated by targets and KPIs, with a knack for persuasion and negotiation.

  • Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.

  • Punctuality and Professionalism - A commitment to being on time and presenting yourself well.

  • Customer Service Excellence - We pride ourselves on top-tier customer service, and we're looking for someone who shares that commitment.

  • Basic Excel Skills - Proficiency in basic Excel functions.

  • Driving Requirement - Due to our rural location, a valid driver's license is necessary.
