This is the perfect role for a Graduate Recruitment Manager who is looking to have a real impact and take the lead.The Graduate Recruitment Manager will lead the graduate recruitment and trainee team and will be responsible for the entire trainee and vacation scheme intake within the firm. The key duties will include:Managing the continuous development and make improvements to the graduate recruitment processes.Reviewing trainee and vacation scheme applications and being responsible for the selection process from assessment centre through to hiring.Design and project management of the vacation schemes and working closely with the wider team on D&I to ensure that the firm recruit a wide variety of candidates.Responsible for the entire graduate attraction strategy, looking at process improvement and engaging strategies.Acting as the main point of contact for any trainee issues or enquiries throughout their time with the firm.Working closely with Learning and Development to design and implement all trainee inductions and skills courses.The Graduate Recruitment Manager would a suit a candidate with previous Graduate Recruitment experiencet, within a legal or professional services environment. You will have strong communication skills and be extremely self-motivated. A flexible approach to work, and an ability to manage workloads in a pressure-filled environment will be key to the success of this role.
