Graduate Recruitment & Development Coordinator PermanentMy client a fantastic leading global law firm are looking for a organised and pro-active Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join their wider HR team on a permanent basis.The Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator will be a key member of the team providing a key point of contact for all staff including internal stakeholders.The key duties will include:Supporting with all aspects of employer branding, including review of all promotional materials, organising art work for publications, maintaining the content of the graduate recruitment website and dealing with all other aspects of graduate advertisingSupporting across the legal apprenticeship, trainee vacation scheme and open day selection and offer processesSupporting with and provide advice regarding the various diversity programmes in placeMonitoring current and future trainee performance, through to qualification, assisting with any performance issuesAssisting with the appraisal process for trainee solicitors ensuring all appraisal reviews with trainees are completed on a bi-annual basisAttending and organising future trainee social eventsPerforming general administrative duties, keeping the HR system up to date at all times, keeping all trainee files up to date.The Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator will have experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm, with a full understanding of the process involved in trainee solicitor recruitment and development.
