Who we are looking for:
A degree-educated individual with a 2:1 or higher
A self-starter, someone who can push through challenges
Someone who ideally has experience in a working environment
Someone who is self-disciplined, focused, and a sponge for information!
Hardworking by nature, an individual who thrives in a results-driven environment
Sports background to a good level would be an advantage
What your day looks like:
Attracting, screening and qualifying A-grade candidates
Communicating through various methods such as LinkedIn, job boards, emails, telephone calls, etc to your candidates and clients
Writing engaging, eye-catching job adverts to attract the right candidates for opportunities
Maintaining a high level of organisation throughout
Proficiency in administrative skills
Business development, managing your own clientele; all whilst increasing your earning potential
