Sourcing candidates and shortlisting them against jobs, taking them through the full recruitment process, preparing them for interviews, and negotiating on their behalf eventually leading to a successful placement all whilst satisfying clients’ needs by fully understanding their requirements in candidates. Sounds easy, right?
We are on the lookout for hungry to succeed individuals with dreams of being a director or a company’s top biller.
You will be required to work extremely hard and to have an insane work ethic willing to always go the extra mile in order to get deals over the line and give the best quality service to candidates and clients.
Determination and resilience are key to succeeding and you must be able to cope with rejection as well as effectively build and maintain relationships and adapt to different people’s needs through good communication skills.

What you’ll be doing:
This is a recruitment consultant role which will see you taking ownership of the full process of filling your client’s vacancies with qualified candidates, this will include:
Making sales calls to prospective and previous clients to sell our client as a business partner
Attending meetings and negotiating rates
Writing job adverts and social media content to attract top talent
Headhunting for candidates with specific skills
Arranging interviews and making job offers to successful candidates
Building and maintaining long and successful relationship with both clients and candidates.
