�22.5K Per annum (Salary negotiable dependent on experience) + OTE, Rewards & Incentives.

GSC are on an exciting growth journey this year and are looking for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their passionate team in their office based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

This opportunity will see you having the luxury of working on a warm desk that currently has live clients that will be handed over to you from day one, giving you the opportunity to progress and achieve great success even in your first few months. With the team having an exceptional reputation and credibility, nationally in the UK Construction industry. This will be a huge benefit to you when building relationships with new & existing clients and helping to be part of a growing thriving business.

What will you be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant?

1. Managing and maintaining client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations
2. Proactively sourcing and selecting candidates for each client assignment
3. Company Values are important to GSC and demonstrating these day to day with our clients and candidates is important
4. Using the Job boards to conduct CV searches and post job adverts
5. Proactively identifying suitable talent to each role
6. Using our tailored database to search for candidates
7. Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to become an expert in the industry and grow our candidate and client network

Regardless of recent experience you will receive training to contribute to your success throughout your career journey at GSC.

Previous experience within recruitment is not essential for this role however previously having worked towards targets or in a fast-paced environment would be beneficial. GSC have an extensive and established candidate and client database that you will have full access too while working alongside an experienced team who will share a wealth of market knowledge with you to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
