Office in Wimbledon, South West London
Base Salary: £25k - £32k plus up to 30% commission and annual bonuses
OTE between 10k - 20k in first year

The data market is evolving and we're growing the teams in London to meet the demands of our clients. The recruitment consultant position is 360 so if you have experience in a client facing/b2b sales role and looking to transition career then read on!

What will you be doing?
Recruitment is a sales-based role where you’ll have targets to hit and KPIs to work towards so you can expect to spend 50% of your time finding new business and chasing leads. Then the other 50% focus on candidates.
Networking with clients and cold outreach to decision makers to win new business
Selling talent solutions to businesses and former longer term partnerships
Staying on top of the market trends and insights
Managing the end to end 360 process
Collaborating with colleagues across teams to fill hot jobs and understand client needs.
