Graduate Recruitment Advisor

Our client is an elite & global Law Firm who are regarded as one of London’s leading litigation firms, they are now looking for a positive and creative Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their growing team in their London offices on a permanent basis.The main responsibilities for the Graduate Recruitment Advisor will be to support the day-to-day management of recruitment for vacation scheme students and trainee solicitors in London. This role is supported by a Recruitment Assistant and an Administrative Assistant reporting to the Graduate Recruitment Manager.Duties will include: Organising and managing the vacation scheme application processes, assessment centres and providing post-interview feedback.Taking a lead role in the management of the annual online assessment validation process exercise while supporting ongoing review of the assessment processes.Building relationships with key stakeholders in the firm, including partners and other fee-earners.Liaising regularly with the Trainee HR teams to update them on future joiners and intakes.Undertaking on-going budget management of the assessment centres and vacation scheme budgets.Involvement in various diversity initiatives and events.The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will ideally have 1-3 years’ previous experience in graduate recruitment (preferably within a legal or professional services environment). Experience with budget management, managing people & organising events will be beneficial. It is essential to possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
