Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Bennett and Game are currently working with a leading civil engineering contractor covering the Northeast, Yorkshire and Humber areas. Our client is looking for a full-time Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their successful Commercial Team at their head office in Stockton. A competitive, market driven package will be offered to right candidate.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

• Support and/or manage residential Roads/Sewer and Groundwork sites
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Conduct timely valuations and process payments to the supply chain.
• Identifying, valuing and agreement of any variations from drawing design changes and incidental type works requested on site.
• Analyse budgets and ensure compliance with contracted responsibilities.
• Production of monthly profit & loss reporting

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Maths/Statistics/Economics or a Construction/Commercial discipline
• Maths qualification at GCSE (minimum grade 6) or A-Level (minimum grade B
• Full right to work in the UK (unfortunately our client does not accept a post Grad Visa)
• Experience in Quantity Surveyor role as part of internship or
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Full Driving Licence

• Salary �25000 - �30000 DOE
