This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is a recent graduate or has some experience or exposure to customer service, administration, accounts or finance who is looking for an opportunity to develop their knowledge and build their career in a rewarding and supportive environment. TRAINEE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR WILL INCLUDE: Preparing documents and correspondence for clientsManaging the logging and storing of confidential client filesManaging diaries of the senior team and booking appointmentsMaintaining the online filling systemHandling incoming queries that come into the team over phone and emailTalking clients through processes, costs involved and booking appointmentsPreparing files for client appointmentsOrganising payments and receiptsKEY EXPERIENCE:Experience within a Customer Service role Excellent Administrative skillsDegree or equivalent work experienceIT systems savvy with experience of Microsoft Excel desirableExcellent communication skillsDetermined and results focusedGet Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
