Collaborate with teachers and SEN professionals to provide targeted support to students with special educational needsAssist in creating personalized learning plans and adapting materials to meet individual requirementsFoster a nurturing and positive classroom environment that promotes inclusivity and growthBuild strong rapport with students, ensuring their well-being and progress
What We're Looking For:
Passionate individuals with a strong desire to work with students with SENExcellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students on a personal levelCompassion, patience, and a positive attitudeEnthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
Requirements:
No prior experience required; training will be providedA genuine interest in working in the field of special educationRelevant certifications or qualifications are beneficial but not essentialThe role would be best suited for a graduate or someone with personal experience of SEND

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
