Our client, a worldwide freight forwarding service provider, is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join their team as a Graduate Operations Co-ordinator.

The Job:
As the Graduate Operations Co-ordinator…


  • You will receive excellent training to enable you to support the Operations team in coordinating the day to day Sea Freight imports and European road Freight shipments.
  • You’ll be given guidance to allow you to become proficient in client liaison both written (email) and verbal (telephone).
  • Learn how to negotiate and liaise with external suppliers
  • Liaise with the internal sales team, assisting with quotations and service status information.
  • Assist in the completion of necessary export and import customs clearance.
  • Raise job files and all of the appropriate paperwork.
  • Invoice jobs on completion.
  • Requirements:
  • Ambitious, entrepreneurial outlook with a great sense of customer service
  • Commercial acumen
  • Negotiating skills to maximise gross profit.
  • Strong organisational and administration skills.
  • Good IT Skills
